Turkey Quinoa Lettuce Wraps
  1. 1. Place 3 lettuce leaves on each plate. 2. Mix together quinoa, ground turkey, pine nuts, green onion, carrot & cranberries. 3. Add 2 ounces of the mixture onto the lettuce leaves. 4. Drizzle equal amounts of hoisin sauce onto each cup. 5. Garnish with fresh chopped green onion.
